Abstract

The Delay Tolerant Network (DTN) at supporting communication in a rather unorthodox way for the intermittent networks where direct link at all times may not be available. This proposal paper describes a proposal on the practical implementation of DTN architecture using android devices in the third world countries where sometimes technological amenities are scarce. Here in this paper proposes a network scheme for rural areas of Bangladesh, implementing which a slow but efficient and cost effective network can be established.
