Abstract
Executive Summary
This report covers my internship experience as an admin intern at TechnoNext Software
Limited in the department of administration during the tenure of May 18, 2025, to August
18,2025. I worked for the smooth operation of the company. This internship program was
a partial fulfilment of the requirements for the degree of BBA in Technology Management.
During my internship, I was primarily involved in administrative and operational activities.
My recurring tasks included monitoring employee welfare (meals, hygiene, and
cleanliness), assisting with office relocation, purchasing equipment, supporting the HR
team in recruitment, handling invoices, and verifying staff attendance through ERP
software. These activities allowed me to connect my academic knowledge with practical
operations, especially in areas of management, HRM, financial accounting, organizational
behavior, and ERP systems.
The work environment was largely positive, with supportive colleagues and professional
staff. However, I also faced challenges. These challenges enhanced my skills in
adaptability, problem-solving, and emotional intelligence, which are crucial for future
professional growth.
Overall, this internship provided me with valuable insights into the intersection of
technology, management, and human resource practices, preparing me to contribute
effectively in my future career.
