Abstract
Executive Summary
This internship report highlights my experiences as a Business and Performance
Management intern at CarryBee Express Limited. The objective of the report is to provide
a clear and concise overview of the organization, its operational structure, and its strategic
focus on service development and business expansion. It outlines how CarryBee conducts
business in a tech-driven logistics environment and details my roles and responsibilities
throughout the internship. CarryBee Express Limited, a subsidiary concern of US Bangla
Airlines is a fast-growing courier service company that leverages technology to improve
efficiency and scalability. The company is focused on redefining last-mile delivery through
digital optimization and customer-centric service models. During my internship, I worked
closely with the Business and Performance Management team, where our core priorities
included analyzing business growth, evaluating performance metrics, and supporting
service enhancement initiatives. This report will share insights from my experience at
CarryBee and reflect on the knowledge and skills I gained from being part of a fast-paced,
innovation-driven environment
